The Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis makes every effort to protect your personal data in compliance with applicable European and French regulations.

The information below is intended to inform you about the purposes and conditions under which we process the personal data that we may collect through our various channels, such as our website www.lametropolemobilite.fr (LMMfr), our Android and iOS mobile applications “La Métropole Mobilité” (LMM), “Le Ticket” (LT) and our Android and iOS mobile applications “lebus à la demande-pam” (LDP) developed by “Padam Mobilité”.

When you register on one of these channels, we collect personal data to allow you to:

  • – Save your favorites to make your navigation easier,
  • – To be alerted in the event of traffic disruption,
  • – To receive information about your stops or your line

We also collect data for:

  • – Ensure the sale and after-sales service of mobility products,
  • – Count the number of registered users in the member area,
  • – Manage subscriber files,
  • – Carry out promotional and loyalty operations by sending promotional offers,
  • – Manage the issuance and use of transport tickets (customer relationship management, distribution of media and transport tickets, management of sales channels and management of ticket validations),
  • – Manage purchases and provision of services, guarantees, recovery, complaints.

On the “Le Ticket” (LT) and “la Métropole Mobilité” (LMM) applications, we collect personal data for:

  • – Sell and validate electronic transport tickets,
  • – Inform the user of his history of used and remaining titles,
  • – Monitor the sale of securities,
  • – Offer users new mobility solutions based on recorded preferences,
  • – Transmit the necessary information to mobility operators for the control of tickets and the distribution of collected revenue.

On the “lebus à la demande-pam” (LDP) applications, we collect personal data for:

  • – Or delete your account (your anonymized data will be kept for statistical purposes),
  • – Save your favorites to make your reservations easier,
  • – To reserve the route you wish to travel,
  • – To view the route of the reserved bus in real time,
  • – To know the driver code that accompanies you,
  • – To receive notifications regarding your pick-up times and driver number,
  • – To give a satisfaction rating on your journey,
  • – To receive general information on the leBusàlademande and Bus+àlademande services offered by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis.

The recipients of this data are the agents of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis – Mobility Department, responsible for providing user support (webmaster), information, communication and marketing on all transport networks managed directly or indirectly by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis.

The data is also visible to subcontractors of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis, manager of the lametropolemobilite.fr website and the mobile application, in charge of the administration and maintenance of the Mobility information system.

The data collected is stored in France and is not transferred to a third country. It is not subject to any automated decision-making. No data is acquired from third parties.
