How to register

- Complete and sign the downloaded document
- Send to the following address : MOBIMÉTROPOLE/TRANSCOOL13 Centre RTM Saint-Pierre 473 rue de Saint-Pierre – 13012 Marseille The processing of the file can last 1 month. Applicants will be notified by mail whether or not their application has been approved. If approved, the user can submit their reservation requests upon receipt of the mail. Access is granted according to the validity period of the CMI card.

Reservations must be made in advance: between 7 days and 48 hours.
How to cancel
- In the event of cancellation, the user must notify the central office no later than 6:30 p.m. the day before the transport.
- In the event of late cancellation (the day before after 6:30 p.m.), the user will be asked for a fixed compensation of €5.
- In the event of last minute cancellation (less than 4 hours before the pick-up time) or absence of the beneficiary, a fixed compensation of €10 will be requested.

Only tickets issued by MOBIMÉTROPOLE are accepted.
Users can purchase tickets from the driver or at the following points of sale (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) :

- 30-day subscriptions are only on sale at MOBIMÉTROPOLE, RTM Saint-Pierre Center.
- Free for children under 10 years old receiving the service.
- Subject to availability, transport for other people may be provided on the same route.
These people, who may not be members of the service, will have to pay for a ticket. In all cases, accompanying persons must be indicated when booking.

You use the services and pay the total bill at the end of the month by check or transfer:
- Infra-zone €0.80 : if your trip is within a zone. For example, Auriol-Aubagne or Cassis-La Ciotat.
- Inter-zone €2.10 : if your trip is between two zones. For example, Auriol-Cassis or Aubagne-Ceyreste.
