The processing of the complete file can take 1 to 2 weeks.

Applicants are informed by mail whether or not their request has been approved. If approved, the user can make their reservation requests upon receipt of the mail. .

Access is granted according to the validity period of the CMI card.

For your first connection, contact customer service at 09 70 80 90 13 to obtain a username and temporary password.

Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (except public holidays), except Sundays, November 1st, December 25th and January 1st, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays

  • Until 12:30 p.m. the day before the trip
  • At the earliest 30 days before the planned trip

How to cancel

Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled trip

Any trip modified or cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled trip is considered cancelled “out of time”.

If a reservation is not cancelled without a no-show, the return trip will be automatically cancelled.

Beyond 2 absences or “late” cancellations over a 30-day period, access to the service is suspended for 7 days.

How to track your reservation

You will receive 4 types of messages:

  • Message 1: Once your reservation is registered, you will automatically receive an email summarizing your reservation: your tentative pickup time, your estimated travel time, and your latest arrival time
    To accommodate as many travelers as possible and optimize bookings, your itinerary may be adjusted and the pickup time delayed by up to 10 minutes, up to 2 hours before your scheduled trip.
  • Message 2 (by SMS/notification): At 3 p.m. the day before the trip, you will receive an SMS (or a notification if you use the app), confirming the time from which the vehicle can pick you up.
  • Message 3 (by SMS/notif) :   2 hours before the journey : an sms (or a notification if you use the app) will be sent to you with the updated pick-up time. Please note: the driver will not wait for you beyond that.
  • Message 4 (by SMS/notification) :  10 min minutes before your pick-up, you will receive a reminder SMS (or a notification if you use the app), indicating your pick-up time taking into account the traffic conditions at that time. 
  • Message 5 : If you are forced to cancel, an email will confirm that this cancellation has been taken into account.

Practical ! : Just before your departure, on the app, you can view the position of your bus in real time.

Pricing

Service accessible with metropolitan and Aix basin center transport tickets.

The lebus+ on demand fares are the same as those applied to regular lines.
