This service only operates by reservation after mandatory prior registration.

How to register

  2. Complete and sign the downloaded document

The processing of the complete file can take around ten days.

Applicants will be informed by mail whether or not their application has been approved. If approved, the customer can make their reservation requests upon receipt of the mail.

Access is granted according to the validity period of the CMI card.

Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. (first pick-up) to 7:30 p.m. (last drop-off) (except Sundays and public holidays)

  • At least 2 hours before the trip.
  • At the earliest 30 days before the planned trip.

How to cancel

  • Cancellations can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled trip.
  • Any trip modified or cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled trip is considered cancelled “out of time”.
  • If a reservation is not cancelled without a no-show, the return trip will be automatically cancelled.
  • Beyond 2 absences or “late” cancellations over a 30-day period, access to the service is suspended for 7 days.

How to track your reservation

You will receive 4 types of messages:

  • Message 1: Once your reservation is registered, you will automatically receive an email summarizing your reservation: your tentative pickup time, your estimated travel time, and your latest arrival time
    To accommodate as many travelers as possible and optimize bookings, your itinerary may be adjusted and the pickup time delayed by up to 10 minutes, up to 2 hours before your scheduled trip.
  • Message 2 (by SMS/notification): At 3 p.m. the day before the trip, you will receive an SMS (or a notification if you use the app), confirming the time from which the vehicle can pick you up.
  • Message 3 (by SMS/notif) :   2 hours before the journey : an sms (or a notification if you use the app) will be sent to you with the updated pick-up time. Please note: the driver will not wait for you beyond that.
  • Message 4 (by SMS/notification) :  10 min minutes before your pick-up, you will receive a reminder SMS (or a notification if you use the app), indicating your pick-up time taking into account the traffic conditions at that time. 
  • Message 5 : If you are forced to cancel, an email will confirm that this cancellation has been taken into account.

Practical ! : Just before your departure, on the app, you can view the position of your bus in real time.

Pricing

Service available with metropolitan and Aix-en-Provence transit tickets. The on-demand lebus+ fares are the same as those applied to regular routes.

Service regulations

  • Arrive at the stop 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. scheduled. In case of delay or absence, the driver will report you as absent. If you have a return trip scheduled, it will be automatically canceled (unless you call the reservation center immediately).
  • When boarding the bus, give the driver your first and last name.
  • If you cannot honor your reservation, you must cancel your reservation at least 2 hours in advance, by telephone (during reservation service opening hours), on the website or the app.

A last-minute cancellation cannot be offered to other customers. It will be considered late.

  • Beyond 2 absences or cancellations outside the deadlines over a period of 30 days, access to the service will be suspended for 7 days.
  • The number of journeys is limited to 4 journeys per day per person.
  • A minimum interval of 30 minutes must be respected between two journeys.
  • In the event of repeated inappropriate behavior, suspension of service may be imposed.
  • If the journey is possible with a regular or school line at + or – 45 min around the desired time, the on-demand bus cannot be reserved.
  • Children under 4 travel free of charge without a ticket. Children under 8 cannot travel alone (an accompanying adult over 10 is required).
  • Fasten your seat belt. Wearing a seat belt is mandatory
  • The only animals allowed in the vehicle are :
    – small animals transported in a basket, bag, or closed cage, as long as they do not cause any inconvenience to the driver or other passengers
    – animals assisting people with disabilities
  • The owner of the animal is responsible for any damage caused in the vehicle.
  • On board vehicles, under penalty of fines or criminal sanctions, it is prohibited to:
    - eat or drink
    - Smoking or vaping
    - Disturb the peace of travelers
    - Damage, tag, scratch vehicle windows
    - Throwing litter, making a mess, putting your feet on the seats
    – Having an inappropriate attitude towards staff or other passengers
    - Committing acts likely to disturb public order  or hinder the performance of the service
    - Transporting objects  which, by their shape, nature, odor, or destination, may annoy, inconvenience, or frighten travelers, present a  danger, or harm the health of others  (in particular weapons, gas bottles, flammable objects or products)

In the event of repeated inappropriate behavior, suspension of service may be imposed.

EXAMPLES OF FINES FOR VIOLATIONS

72 € : No ticket / Invalid ticket / Ticket not validated / Smoking or vaping on board

150 € : Damage to the vehicle/Disturbance to passengers’ peace and quiet
