The processing of the complete file can take 2 weeks.
Access is granted according to the validity period of the CMI card. If accepted, the user can submit their reservation requests upon receipt of the letter. An exception is possible upon presentation of a medical certificate for temporary disability or while awaiting the issuance of a disability card.
The renewal request must be made 2 months before the expiry date.

For one-time travel (outbound and/or return): book up to 2 hours before your desired time. Your pick-up time may be delayed depending on existing reservations. Time difference of +/- 10 min, you will be contacted directly by phone and a confirmation SMS.
For regular travel :
One-time reservations are available for 15 days, up to one month in advance.
How to cancel
- Any cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the trip.
- A trip cancelled without prior notification to the central office automatically cancels the return trip.
- After two unjustified absences, the return trip is automatically canceled. The trips for the current week and the following week are canceled.
