How to register

- Complete and sign the downloaded document
- Send to the following address:

The files accompanied by all the supporting documents mentioned will be submitted for the opinion of the Access Commission of the Metropolitan Mobility.
The processing of the complete file can take 1 month.
Applicants will be notified by mail whether their application has been approved or not. If approved, the user will be able to submit their reservation requests upon receipt of the mail.
Access is granted according to the validity period of the CMI card.

Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (last connection at 8 p.m.)
- Reservations must be made in advance: between 7 days and 48 hours.
- Transport confirmation is immediate by SMS if the time slot is available, otherwise the request is placed on hold and will be confirmed the day before transport by SMS.
- Possibility of booking regular transport at fixed times (working from Monday to Friday for example).
How to cancel
In the event of cancellation, the user must notify the central office no later than 6:30 p.m. the day before the transport.
In the event of late cancellation (the day before after 6:30 p.m.), the user will be asked for a fixed compensation of €5.
In the event of last minute cancellation (less than 4 hours before the pick-up time) or absence of the beneficiary, a fixed compensation of €10 will be requested.
